Artificial Intelligence and the Job Market

Many activities that humans perform daily such as math, reasoning, interpreting language, and even driving a car are said to require some amount of “intelligence.” Since AI’s development decades ago, it has been specialized to perform tasks such as these. Engineers have created specific computer systems or programs that can perform tasks such as solving complex equations, diagnosing patients, analyzing electrical circuits and even understanding spoken language to a degree[1]. Processes such as those just discussed possess some amount of artificial intelligence. AI has, since its creation, been in a constant research and development (RND) stage.

Below are some of the problems that can arise when incorporating artificial intelligence into the workplace. As well as solutions that a person or businesses can practice to alleviate or counteract some of the easier to solve issues.
